Cooking is for Chefs
The 'Black Kitchen' offers you the chance to unleash your cooking skills and creativity using the gas or wood-fired cooker or the electric grill. The ingredients are always fresh, brought in by the local farmers. This is where amateur chefs can be at their best. The same can be said for our exclusive personal Chef who, on request, is always ready to prepare tasty dishes for you. A typical pasta dish or Canederli dumplings with speck or vegetarian ones. Vegetables, salads, a juicy grilled steak. For breakfast, brunch or dinner. Whatever option you may choose, we will be very happy to meet your needs.
